Guido van Aarle

Guido van Aarle graduated as a tax lawyer from the University of Tilburg in 2005. He started his professional career as a tax lawyer at Ernst & Young in Eindhoven, after which he moved to Deloitte in Rotterdam.  For both firms, he was active in international tax practice.  Guido joined Taxperience in Den Bosch in mid-2009.

At Taxperience, Guido mainly services clients, large and small, on issues that have an international aspect.  He provides advice on the formation and restructuring of (international) corporations and the implementation of intercompany pricing models, but also consults with tax authorities to resolve specific issues.  Furthermore, Guido has built up a great deal of expertise in the field of business succession planning.  To Guido, one of the most valuable aspects of his profession is the constant challenge to provide practical advice taking into account the entire specter of tax legislation.  This challenge manifests itself most clearly in the context of interim assignments for (larger-sized) enterprises.  Guido has been a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Lawyers since 2008.

In his spare time, Guido enjoys spending time with his family and friends, jogging, playing soccer, or just relaxing in his backyard or on the couch.
