Diederik Hauser

Diederik Hauser graduated as a tax economist  from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.  He started his professional career at the international tax practice of Ernst & Young.  In 2007 Diederik was stationed at the Dutch Desk of Ernst & Young in San Jose (Silicon valley, USA).  Within Ernst & Young Diederik was also active as a teacher for the course 'international taxation'.  In January 2011  Diederik joined Taxperience as a tax lawyer. 

Diederik's expertise lies mainly in the field of  international and national restructuring projects, with an emphasis on direct taxation of SME's and private companies.  Diederik is keen on conceiving original tax solutions and thinking along with his clients in implementing these solutions efficiently, never losing sight of the technical quality of his work from a tax point of view.      

Diederik has gained vast experience with respect to mergers & acquisitions, financing structures, negotiations and implementation of the innovation box, tax planning and transfer pricing.  Diederik is also experienced with in negotiating Advance Tax Rulings, Advance Pricing Agreements and handling Mutual Agreement Procedures with Dutch and non-Dutch tax authorities.

When his work is done Diederik enjoys spending time with his family.  He also likes to travel and read a good book.
